I started my recruitment career in 1989 and over the years I have consulted in several different business sectors including the recruitment of ‘nannies’. All of my roles have given me great satisfaction, however none as much as working with families and nannies.

As a mum, I constantly reflect on my own experiences when faced with making decisions about child care, family, juggling a career and running a home. I understand what every parent faces, whether it be deciding to go back to work, changing a job or preparing for another precious addition to your family. The decisions are endless and challenging and my aim is to make your child care decisions simpler.
It is also equally important to understand the needs of my nannies. You can be 100% assured that whilst meeting with each and every nanny I have taken the time to genuinely get to know them and I have determined what they need to be happy and ready to commit long term to a family. After all just like you and I, they want the right position too. The working relationship I have with my nannies is fundamental to successfully finding the right family/nanny combination.
