Essential Nanny is very happy to be representing this wonderful family, who after several years are again looking for a mature nanny to assist them. This role is full of variety and if you love being busy – This is the role for you!
They have very busy lives professionally and the children have many school, sporting and personal commitments. The family are looking for a nanny who possess the following attributes: organised, one who can pre-empt the family’s needs, follow direction and use their initiative and become an integral part of the family.
As this family’s Nanny you will be required to undertake all aspects of organising the children and work closely with Dad to ensure all is running smoothly. Supervising homework and ensuring they are keeping on task – confidence around technology is a must.
Assistance with the children laundry including ironing, fostering independence, the occasional school or sport pick up and assisting with the evening meal clean up.
It is essential that you have experience as a Nanny within a professional family home. Excellent communications skills, the ability to multi task and problem solve are required along with lots of energy for this family and a flexible attitude with the ability to have fun with these 3 amazing young people.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 2.00pm – 7pm and Sunday 2.00pm – 6.00pm
Proxy Parenting – 2- 3 days and nights per fortnight when the parents are away. Pay rate negotiable for overnights.
A generous hourly rate of $25 .00 – $30.00 for the successful applicant is on offer, plus other benefits. Mobile phone allowance and a petrol allowance for work related trips.
You must hold a Working with Children Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, National Police Check, your own reliable car and a clean driver’s licence. This is a permanent role and you must be able to legally work more than one year for the family. You will need your own car to get to work as there are no public transport facilities in the region.
** Please Note: This role is not suitable for those on a Working Holiday or Student Visa as the family require a long term commitment!
